Rent of the non-smoking apartment/room:
The rental price is per night/day and person and includes electricity, water, sewage, heating, bath and tea towels, bed linen, broadcasting fee and cleaning.
Unnecessary additional electrical appliances, electric heaters, refrigerators/freezers can only be used after consultation and for an additional charge.
We will be happy to provide you with everyday items such as kitchen roll, toilet paper and washing-up liquid upon arrival. We ask that you take care of these yourself afterwards.
The kitchen is equipped with breakfast, dining and cooking utensils, glasses, cutlery and accessories.
Our rooms can only be booked for a minimum of 7 days.
Smoking is not permitted and will be charged separately at 10.00 €/night and room if not observed!
In the entrance area outside there are opportunities to enjoy a cigarette.
The tenant is responsible for any breakage or damage to the apartment furnishings.
Any damage will be reported to the landlord immediately. On the day of departure, the apartment will be left swept, tidied and free of any personal belongings.
Payment of rent:
The rental amount is paid either in advance by bank transfer or in cash on the day of arrival.
If you make a bank transfer, we ask you to provide a copy with the bank's stamp in case the transfer was ordered too late and the credit was made after arrival.
For home banking, the valid form.
In case of late arrival and/or early departure we cannot grant any deduction of the total rental price.
cancellation or early departure
If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation with us, this is possible up to 4 days before arrival. After that we will charge 80% of the arrangement.
In case of early departure no refund will be given.
Leaving the apartment or rooms
The rooms or apartment must be left as they were when you arrived. The furniture must be arranged as it was when you arrived. If the garbage cans are full, they must be emptied into the appropriate containers next to the garbage cans. Used dishes must also be washed and put away in their designated place when you leave. The oven must be cleaned when you leave, and when you use it, you must ensure that baking paper is used.
If this is not taken into account, we will charge a cleaning fee of €50.00.
If you do not observe the waste separation and despite being asked to do so, we will charge 40€/week for subsequent waste separation.
If a single room is rented but both beds are used so that both beds have to be remade, we assume that the room was used as a double or multiple-bed room.
In this case, we will charge for a double or multiple-bed room booking for the corresponding period, which we will subsequently request.
Please only use the beds that have been booked and paid for.

We provide you with daily necessities, such as kitchen rolls, toilet paper and dish soap, upon arrival. We ask you to take care of it afterwards.

Smoking is not permitted and will not pay at 10.00 € / night and room recalculated separately!
In the entrance area outside there are each ways to comply with the enjoyment of the cigarette.
The hirer will be responsible for breakage or damage to the home furnishings.
Damaged will be communicated to the landlord immediately. On the day of departure, the apartment is swept clean, tidy and left without any personal leftovers from you, or accepted.
Payment of the apartment rent:
The rental amount is paid either in advance by bank transfer or on the day of arrival in cash.
For a bank transfer, we ask for a copy with stamp of the bank, if the transfer was arranged too late and the credit has been paid on arrival.
For home banking the valid form.
In case of late arrival and / or early departure we cannot grant a reduction of the total rental price.

If this is not taken into account, we will demand a cleaning fee of € 50.00.
If a single room is rented, but both beds are used, so that both beds have to be changed, we assume that the room was used as a double or shared room.
In this case, we charge a double or shared room reservation for the period requested by us.
Please only use the beds that are booked and paid.
